Seconds out - my time has come
No place to hide, no time to run
Sometimes I`m weak, sometimes I`m strong
Sometimes I don`t know whats going on

In my head
The thoughts they keep on tumbling round and round
They crash together, they don`t make no sound
Somtimes I can`t keep my feet on the ground
Do you feel the same?

Seconds out - the time is now
It doesn`t matter, anyhow
Sometimes its dark, sometimes its light
Sometimes its wrong, sometimes its right

In my head
The thoughts they keep on tumbling round and round
They crash together, they don`t make no sound
Sometimes this feeling it just brings me down
Do you feel the same?

Seconds out - my time has gone
And I`ve got to carry on
Sometimes its good, sometimes its bad
Sometimes its happy, sometimes its sad

In my head
The thoughts they keep on tumbling round and round
They crash together, they don`t make no sound
And I don`t know just where it is I´m bound
Do you feel the same?

In my head

The thoughts they keep a tumblin round and round

In my head

Seconds out - in my head

Seconds out - in my head

Seconds out - in my head
Seconds Out
Sometimes life plays tricks on you. Just when you thought you had it all figured out you are thrown a fastball that knocks you off your feet and changes the whole game plan. Those times are sometimes marked by indecision, self doubt and lack of direction. Eventually a new way forward emerges out of the fog of uncertainty...and life goes on.  Seconds Out is a term from the Boxing world...that marks the end of the pause and the beginning of the next Round. As I was writing this song the TV was showing a Boxing match, the Bell rang and the Referee shouted Seconds Out" - and the Song had a name.
